  I live in Windsor and it's true staff at Zara could do with working on their customer service skills. They just don't care! On the other hand, Topshop next door is fabulous. The girls are very good.

  Very bad customer service, will not go again. Wanted to return fully paid item in Windsor branch, crew(David) said I can exchange this with same price item. But Store Manager Phil said you can get only £15.99 instead of £99.99 then he shouted on David why he approved it which is totally unprofessional. What a joke...... wasted my time and parking charges.
